Opening Reception: First Friday, October 3, 5–9 PM

Artist Talk & Reception: Sunday, October 26, 3:30–5:30 PM

Boston’s TAG Art Gallery (The Art Gallery) is proud to present Creative Re/Frame:
Embracing Change and Possibility, on view October 3–26, 2025.
Curated by Wendy Swart Grossman and Jeannette (Jen) Guillemin, co-founders of Creative Re/Frame, this exhibition brings together more than 40 artists to explore how art can transform challenges into opportunities through imaginative vision.

At a moment when change is constant and inevitable, Creative Re/Frame asks: how can creativity serve as both mirror and blueprint, reflecting the world as it is, while reimagining the world as it might be? Participating artists respond with works that open space for contemplation, connection, and possibility.

This exhibition also marks the 5th Anniversary of Creative Re/Frame, an organization that envisions a world where art and business unite to create economic, social, and cultural value, advancing a “triple bottom line” of People, Planet, and Profit. In addition to the exhibition, Creative Re/Frame will host its anniversary celebration and workshops for artists in partnership with TAG.

Claudia Fiks, founder and director of NEAC and TAG, shares:

“I am thrilled to work closely with Jen and Wendy. I have admired their trajectory for a long time, and they supported me when I first launched my own organization. Their knowledge, contagious energy, and commitment to their mission are commendable and a model for us all.”

TAG’s Commitment to Artists & Community

At TAG, our mission goes beyond exhibitions, we are deeply committed to featuring our member artists while reaching out to a broader creative community. By inviting and engaging a larger audience, we ensure that visitors experience and are captivated by the high quality of both the art and the artists we represent.

On view will be a rich variety of works, paintings, drawings, photographs, sculptures, glass, and interactive pieces, a hallmark of TAG’s dynamic programming. The diversity of mediums, sizes, and techniques reflects the wide-ranging voices of our artist members, representing different backgrounds and demographics.

At TAG, art speaks to everyone. Through accessible exhibitions and thoughtful curation, artists and their work create dialogues that lower barriers and invite all audiences to engage, reflect, and even begin collecting contemporary art in a welcoming, inclusive way.
